Chef Karl and his crew put together the tastiest sandwiches, soups and salads and are regularly flanked by local food entrepreneurs with the wildest specialty dishes. This way every day at Bream is different.

Bream works together with a network of local food heroes to ensure variation and inspiration. Each local hero brings their own specialty dish to the table. From Surinam slow roasted meat, Spanish paella to handmade Chinese dumplings.

Bream Banqueting Service

The happier the attendees, the better the meeting! And we believe that good, healthy food and drinks contribute to that purpose. Small meetings, big meetings, events: you dream it we’ll…well, you know :)

Almost all the food and beverages are freshly prepared 'on-the-spot'. Which reduces the use of packaging and allows for easy additional production if sandwiches or salads run out.
